I have been SO patiently waiting to photograph these engagement photos. These two got engaged what feels like forever ago and we finally set aside some time to take them! Tess is like my little sister. Well, the little sister I never had since I’m the youngest. We’ve known each other since my junior year of high school, and I’ve had the privilege of watching Tess grow up from a sweet little middle schooler to the beautiful, successful, responsible adult that she is today. I’m so proud of her and all that she’s accomplished, and I’ve learned to trust her wonderful judgement on certain things. Jared is one of those things ;)
I love that they are completely themselves with each other. I don’t see a single piece of Tess hindered or stifled in any way, she’s free to be exactly who she is. Now I didn’t know Jared before her, but I don’t sense that he’s holding back at all either. What a feeling, to be loved so completely for exactly who you are. I wish this sort of love for everyone. I’ve witnessed firsthand these two going through school, starting new businesses, buying houses and loving life, all together. As a team. Supporting each other every step of the way. It’s a pure sort of love that I expect to last a lifetime.
I can’t wait for the wedding this October!!! My little seester is gettin marrieddddd <3
