"And in my mind the sun shines all the time". That's the song lyric that pops into my head when I look at the photos from this session. You'd really have to hear the song to get the full effect...
As with a lot of sessions, this one changed locations quite a few times before we finally landed on Coquina Beach. And we didn't even really decide on it, it just sort of happened. We had planned to meet down the road on Anna Maria but it was the day after Christmas and the streets were FLOODED with people. We had to improvise and jump off the road at the first place we could find that would allow us to park. But I'd say it turned out pretty darn well!
When you mix the warm sunshine with Jennifer's pretty hair, her flowy dress with a light breeze, and Alex's adorable smile with the most beautiful sunset on the beach, you reeeallly can't go wrong. These two have been together for quite some time and Alex finally popped the question while out on their boat. I've been dying to take their pictures ever since I met them (a little weird, I know) but when a couple connects the way these two do you want to capture that kind of authentic feel. And then throw the pictures all over your Facebook and website because they're perfect.
Jennifer and Alex, you guys are going to have such a beautiful wedding! Thank you for having me be a part of this special season you're in. <3
