Funny enough, Chelsea was a friend of mine in the photography class in high school that really inspired me to build this business one day. What a gift to later on be photographing her wedding! When someone truly values what you do, for them to see the heart behind your work and to admire it so much that they’re willing to budge on any details except for their photography, it makes me so proud to have chosen this career path. When what I do (with great pleasure) brings such joy to others that they can’t wait to have an occasion to hire me, it brings a sense of purpose. So thank you Casey and Chelsea for making me feel so uniquely special on YOUR beautiful day.
We met at the Hampton in downtown Bradenton. I remember photographing some of the architecture on this very building in said photography class way back when. Now it’s been completely redone and was the best backdrop for all the bridal party photos. We headed over to GT Bray for the ceremony and watched these two say their vows right in between the crowds that gathered for a party nearby and the dog park full of pups just to our right, yet it was hard to hear anything else other than the tender vows shared between the two.
Surrounded by nothing but pure love and joy for them as they begin their new family, the whole day seemed to fit their vision perfectly. So thankful to have been a part of it.
Please enjoy a few of my favorites from their day!
