Amanda and Eric... Some people might look at these guys and think "They're so young! Are they sure they're ready??" But just wait until you see them together. You'll see the way Eric looks at her, just in awe of everything that she is. You'll see the way Amanda looks to him for guidance and reassurance, allowing him to lead their marriage. Sometimes people don't have to wait until they're old to find someone that loves them the way Christ loves the Church. Every now and then a sweet young girl can find a charming young man that complements her in all the right ways. He's the calming wind to her rocky waves, she's the dance party to his steady rhythm.
The 3 of us got to enjoy not one, but TWO engagement sessions together. Their first one that ended in an epic Notebook worthy shoot in the pouring rain, ended early due to the fact that well, my gear doesn't prefer moisture like that. So we scheduled a second one and I have to hand it to Eric for sticking it out for both of them! Such a trooper. But, as mentioned above, he sure does love his Amanda and would do a hundred more if it meant her happiness.
I wish these two could get married again and again so I could be there to witness the raw and deep love they have for one another. Gives you a little more hope for the world.
